Store had no shopping carts inside. I asked the cashier if they had carts and she said they are all outside in the parking lot. So I asked if they have someone whose job is to get the carts and she’s like ya I can call them but there is no guarantee they will come. Like what in the hell? This is why I drive to other cities. Brampton groceries are not only disgusting they are poorly run with poorly trained employees.

I like to say "thank you" to your employee Nisha. she is very responsible and polite. Over 3 times it happened for me to see how she is active, responsible and polite. This is very important for me to see such a good and responsible people at a store near me. Thank you from the manager of this store to have such a responsible and good employee.

From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the wide array of products they offered. Notably, I purchased Paani Puri, Selection Butter, and Fresh Mint, as well as Curly Parsley, and each item exceeded my expectations. The Paani Puri was simply amazing - crispy puris filled with a delectable blend of spicy, tangy water and flavorful chutneys. It brought back memories of the vibrant street food in India, and I couldn't resist having more! Next up, the Selection Butter was creamy and rich, perfect for spreading on toast or enhancing the flavor of any dish. It truly added a delightful touch to my breakfast routine. The fresh mint and curly parsley were incredibly fresh and aromatic. They elevated the taste of my homemade dishes to a whole new level, making every bite a burst of refreshing flavors. The store's staff was friendly and helpful, making my shopping experience all the more enjoyable. Moreover, the aisles were well-organized and tidy, making it easy to find everything I needed. Went for ice cream. Don't get me wrong, we consistently shop here generally. But with the price of ice cream, you need value and quality. They consistently deliver both.

Food Basics always left a lot to be desired. My current experience confirmed my existing views, bad staff, or products, miserable atmosphere. When you go for groceries, you shouldn’t feel like you are in a morgue. Do yourself a Gabor and go buy produce from local suppliers directly and avoid Food Basics. Buy you’re brand products and I try or stuff from other retailers such as Wal-Mart.
